Over three hundred links, individually hand-mounted, forming a chain-style bracelet that took Patek fifteen years to develop. The 5738/1R brings the Golden Ellipse full circle — back to the bracelet-mounted designs of the 1970s, but at the current large-format size and with modern craftsmanship that the originals never had. It's part watch, part jewellery, and entirely Patek.

363 elements. Over 300 links. 15 years of development. The chain bracelet Ellipse was the most discussed Patek release of its year, and acquiring it in the debut production run positions the Ellipse sub-collection — now three deep — as one of the collection's most distinctive pillars.
